Nutritious tomatoes

There are plenty of tomatoes available in the winter market. Available vegetables are nutritious. It contains plenty of protein, calcium, vitamin A and Vitamin ‘C’. Apart from this, there are lycopene in tomatoes which help in preventing cancer of the lungs, stomach, pancreas, colon, breast, bladder, prostate etc. Tomato also plays a role in controlling diabetes. By reducing harmful cholesterol levels, keeping the body healthy, as well as increasing the skin’s brightness. Tomatoes can be cooked with vegetables, salads, sauce, turmeric, pickles and raw or other vegetables. Tasty tomatoes look as interesting and delicious to eat as well. Tomato cottage Ingredients: Tomatoes 1/2 kg, 2 onions, chopped corn, 2 teaspoons, 2 small pieces of mustard seed, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 table spoons of vinegar. Procedure: Crush tomato and onion. Then mix all the ingredients together and keep them in the oven. Serve down when thick. Lau-Tomato Talk (for four people) Ingredients: 4 cups of slices cut into small pieces, one cup of ripe tomatoes, 1 cup of mugaddle, half cup of sugarcane, half a teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of teaspoon, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder, Sugar 1 table-spoon (taste), salt (taste), soybean / olive / mustard oil 2 table-spoons, onion 1 table-spoon, 2 ghera juice 1 pinch Water needs to be like. Procedure: Boil the tomatoes, tomatoes, pulses, bay leaves, cardamom, garlic, salt, turmeric and 2 cups of water.
